Authorized sourcing only
We buy from the brand or its authorized distributors, never from third-party resellers or closeouts of unknown origin. Every unit traces back to an invoice.
Archhug buys inventory directly from brands and their authorized distributors, and sells it to customers across the United States on Amazon. Your prices, your listings and your reputation stay exactly as you intended.
Archhug LLC was formed in New Mexico in 2026 to do one job well: carry a focused list of good brands on Amazon and look after them properly.
We are not a liquidator and we do not buy from the gray market. Every unit we sell comes from the brand or from a distributor the brand has authorized, with an invoice behind it. That is what lets a brand hand us its catalog without worrying about where it will end up.
Being a young company is an advantage. There is no legacy catalog of ten thousand products to manage, so every brand we take on gets our full attention.
“We would rather carry twenty brands properly than two thousand carelessly.”The Archhug team

These are not marketing lines. They are the conditions we accept when we open an account with a brand, and we put them in writing.
We buy from the brand or its authorized distributors, never from third-party resellers or closeouts of unknown origin. Every unit traces back to an invoice.
We follow your minimum advertised price policy without exceptions. No undercutting to win the Buy Box, and no promotions you have not approved.
We sell on existing listings and keep your titles, images and claims. No duplicate pages, no rewritten content. If we spot an error, we tell you.
Inventory goes to Amazon's U.S. fulfillment centers, so customers get Prime delivery and Amazon's customer service. Always original, unopened packaging.
We contact you, or you contact us, with your catalog and wholesale terms.
We complete your reseller application with our formation documents, EIN and resale certificate.
We place an opening order at your minimum, pay on your terms, and send it to Amazon fulfillment.
We reorder from real sell-through and keep you informed on stock and pricing.
We want to be the reseller you never have to think about. The kind that orders on time, pays on time and never shows up in a price-monitoring report.

We are building Archhug to be a long-term home for a focused group of brands. Growth comes from going deeper with the partners we have, not from adding products for the sake of it.
Archhug LLC formed in New Mexico. Opening wholesale accounts with our first U.S. brands in home, hobby and outdoor categories.
Carrying the full range of each brand we work with, not only the best sellers, with regular replenishment through Amazon FBA.
Adding other U.S. marketplaces where our partners want a presence, with the same pricing and sourcing standards.
The reseller brands recommend to each other: reliable orders, clean listings, no surprises.
Something else on your mind? Write to us and we will answer it directly.
On Amazon.com, to customers in the United States, with inventory fulfilled by Amazon. We do not sell on other channels unless the brand asks us to.
Only from distributors the brand has authorized. We do not buy from liquidators, retail arbitrage or unknown third parties.
We list at or above your minimum advertised price at all times, and we never use coupons or promotions to get around it.
Certificate and articles of organization, our IRS EIN letter, a resale certificate and a signed reseller agreement, whatever your application requires.
No. We are happy to sell alongside your other authorized resellers. If you choose to limit the number of sellers, we will work within that.
The details brands and partners usually ask for first. Formation documents, our EIN and resale documentation are provided with every wholesale application.
We also run a small consumer store of our own, Archhug Shop, which sells comfort products under its own name.
Brand owners, sales teams and distributors: send us your wholesale application or price list, or simply tell us about your products. We reply within one business day.
